Zachary Sum is a practising consultant pharmacist and is part of the business development team at Eden Rise Family Clinic, Gentle Procedures Clinic Melbourne, and Melbourne Tongue-tie & Lip-tie Clinic. He focuses on complex ambulatory care medicines management and collaborates with doctors, nurses, and other allied healthcare coordinators in team care arrangements and management plans.

He was heavily involved with setting up various Government-supported COVID-19 vaccination campaigns and proactively reached out to the community during vaccine and medicines shortages. During the height of Melbourne’s strict COVID-19 lockdown and curfews, Zachary reached out to homebound patients and provided clinical assistance to ensure equitable healthcare for the community.

His current project involves assisting our senior specialist GPs in improving patient care and service delivery within the three specialty clinics.
