We believe everyone should have accessible and affordable health checks and surgical services. Eden Rise Family Clinic is a mixed billing practice committed to providing high-quality health care to all members of the community, valuing individual circumstances.
What will my appointment cost me?
From the 12th of February 2024, we will no longer be fully “bulk billing” as a default billing position.
Please contact our clinic if you have any questions. Our receptionists can provide you with an estimate of what your appointment fee will be, however, the final amount charged by your doctor will be based on the consultation time and the complexity of the issues presented.
Certain items and procedures carry additional costs or fees (e.g., pregnancy tests, minor surgical procedures, medicines and wound care supplies, and iron infusion).
For some consultations, some doctors may offer a discounted fee, which is at their discretion.
Immunisations can sometimes incur a fee for vaccine provision. We carry a stock of travel vaccines for purchase and immediate administration.

8.30am – 6pm: Mixed billing
Level B (Standard consult):
Full fee: $67.00
Out-of-pocket fee: $25.60
Level C (Long consult):
Full fee: $106.00
Out-of-pocket fee: $25.90
Non-Medicare Card Holders
Non-Medicare Card Holders
All day: $67 or more (depending on length of consult)
Surgical and Procedure activities
Iron infusion (60 min): $120.
Implanon insertion/removal: $50
Skin cancer and mole check: $100
Wound care with supply of medications: Variable
Circumcision/Frenulectomy by Gentle Procedures Clinic: Variable on consult.

Bring in your Medicare card and any Centrelink-issued card.
External Results
Recently discharged from hospital or seen another GP/specialists, please bring along paperwork of results and notes.
Questions
Always prepare a list of questions for our GP. A standard consult last between 10-15 minutes.
