Zachary Sum is a practising consultant pharmacist and a member of the business development team at Eden Rise Family Clinic, Gentle Procedures Clinic Melbourne, Cardiometabolic Clinic, and Melbourne Tongue-tie & Lip-tie Clinic. He specialises in the management of complex ambulatory care medicine and works closely with doctors, nurses, and other allied healthcare professionals on team care arrangements and management plans. He played a key role in establishing various Government-supported COVID-19 vaccination campaigns and actively engaged with the community during vaccine and medicine shortages. During Melbourne’s strict COVID-19 lockdown and curfews, Zachary reached out to homebound patients and provided clinical support to ensure equitable healthcare for all. His current project involves supporting our senior specialist GPs to enhance patient care and service delivery across four specialty clinics.
